Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Will They Sponsor (“we”) provides search over public U.S. Department of Labor visa filing data on willtheysponsor.com and through connectors for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password, stored by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID, plan and subscription status — never card numbers.
- Usage data: the searches you run (role, location, employer names and similar parameters), result counts and timestamps, used to enforce plan limits and improve the service.
We do not ask for or store your immigration status, nationality, résumé or other sensitive personal data. Do not include such information in queries.
AI assistant connectors
When you connect Claude or ChatGPT, the assistant receives an access token for your account and sends us only the tool parameters it chooses (e.g. a job title and city). We do not receive your conversation. The assistant provider's own privacy policy covers your chat.
How we use and share data
We use data to operate the service, enforce plan limits, process payments and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or share it with employers or advertisers. Processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments).
Retention and deletion
Usage logs are kept for up to 24 months. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@willtheysponsor.com; we delete account and usage data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
