The data

Results are derived from public U.S. Department of Labor (OFLC) disclosure files. A Labor Condition Application or PERM certification is an employer filing, not a job offer, hire or visa approval. Data may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors made by filers. Will They Sponsor is not legal advice and is not affiliated with any government agency or employer. Consult an immigration attorney for decisions about your case.

Accounts and plans

You are responsible for your account. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancel anytime in Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits apply across the website and all connectors.

Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk export, reselling, or attempts to bypass plan limits or access controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
